They are not honest and I’m really disappointed, I really liked the rooms but not the staff Negative: I was charged for some candy I wasn’t provided. They also blamed me for one of the trash can pedal not working. My daughter had spilled apple juice on the couch (I was aware of that charge) but the other charges were a surprise. They took 40 minutes to inspect the room which is crazy checkout shouldn’t be that long. I feel like they scam us for money since we’re their only clients for 11 days. The receptionist apologized multiple times, she knew it was unfair.
